A simple, small and clean setup with a cheerful lady in attendance. Lots of parking. Fast service for a quick Monday lunch. Price slightly higher than similar dishes elsewhere but food portions are also slightly larger.
Singapore fried Maifun - a decent version with generous and varied ingredients. Fried vermicelli noodles was good.
Peking crispy beef - interesting version of beef I don't see very often. Beef was not chewy and there's some crisp to the batter; sauce slightly sweet but ok. Recommended.
Will come back to try other dishes if we're in the area.

I especially like the sweet and sour pork which you can truly taste the authentic Chinese food. I also like the fried rice. The take away packing is neat and tidy, service is good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

New management. Chef used to work in a hotel. Magnificent cook. Today we had the braised pork belly with sweet soy sauce. If you love pork belly, please order this dish! You will not be disappointed. We also had the garlic stir fried chinese vegetables. It was cooked to perfection π π π₯°. As you can see, we ate all the vegetables! Sorry, no photo....just realised how good the dishes were and needed to post a review. Enjoy!

Wow! What a little gem of a find this is! Absolutely delicious. Well priced & the staff are so lovely too. I got the Singapore Maifun takeaway, huge serve & very fresh. Just the right amount of perfect spice. Ready in 5 minutes. I often steer away from Chinese as an Asian option but definitely will be returning to Joy Chinese..very impressed & highly recommend as an unassuming, great quality food place for takeaway or dine in!
